Mr. Hicks is retired after 35 years with the insurance industry (30 with the same company). He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who counsels couples who are having marriage difficulties. He is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law Mediator and Child Dependency Mediator. He works with the Family Law Courts in Clay County in matters involving chiold custody issues.

Mr. Bland is in charge of security for one of the largest untilties in the State of Florida. His management skills are a major asset to our purposes.

Mrs. Vining owned and operated a day care center in Jacksonville for more than twenty years. She is a certified food handler and well qualified to guide the Board through the maize of regulations of food preparation.

Mrs. Hicks is a retired school teacher from the local Community College system. Her knowledge of accounting greatly facilitates the accounting systems required for the orderly operation of this organization. She is also facilitates the day-to-day operations of Eagles Rest.

Callahan, FL

Mr. Kelly is a retired minister. Throughout his career as Pastor, he guided several churches through building programs as well as directing camp facilities. He is uniquely suited to serve on this organizations Board of Directors.

Orange Park, FL

Mr. Bennett is retired from the Navy after more than 20 years of service. He has been camp director for several camping organizations in his travels with the Navy. His focus in life is to help kids develop into responsible adults.

Jacksonville, FL

Mr. Allen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in working with teens and pre-teens. He currently serves as the Director of Counseling of a large, local church. Both his vocation and avocation involve directing children into satisfying lifestyles.
